RETURN POLICY

We are be unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped.

We are unable to cancel, refund or provide one for one exchanges for pre-orders.

 

CANCELLATION OF FAULTY PRODUCT

Only items that are defective will qualify for a full refund. Customers have 3 working days from the date of receipt to inform us of any defects and initiate a returns request.

If a customer fails to contact us within 3 working days, we reserve the right to decline the returns request.

We require your order id, receipt or proof of purchase for the initiation of a returns request. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and refunded in the event of a successful faulty returns request.

It is a mandatory for the returned item to be sent via registered mail which can be tracked to avoid any lost returns.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, an email will be sent to advice you your returns request has been successful. In the event of a successful returns request, you will be refunded the cost of the item(s) in addition to the cost of return shipping.

 

CANCELLATION OF A NON-FAULTY PRODUCT

Customers wishing to return non-defective items are obliged to bear the cost of return shipping, and a re-stocking fee of 10% of the item's list price. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to cancel the order should the product be unavailable for any reason. The customer will be notified and payment will usually be refunded using the original payment method.

When it comes to credit card details, only the best security will do. All payments are processed via Stripe, a merchant which caters for international payments.

This ensures that your details are not recorded on our databases at any stage of the order process, but are securely stored with Stripe. Stripe has been certified as Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) level 1, the most stringent level of certification.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to make changes to the privacy policy. Any changes made will come into effect immediately.
